In a recent meeting, we learned that residents in unincorporate Clark County can apply for traffic calming services through the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program.
The mission of the Clark County Neighborhood Traffic Management Program is to provide traffic calming solutions where appropriate to influence driver behavior, improve neighborhood quality of life and create safer and more livable local streets.
The program:
Focuses on reducing excessive speeding and high cut-through traffic on neighborhood roadways in unincorporated Clark County
Uses a systemic, data-driven approach
Combines education, enforcement and engineering in addressing neighborhood traffic concerns
